Apartment building with 25 flats' Zenneproject ' on domain' t Parkske, Halle, BE Studiebureau Boydens

Five years ago project developer Vanhaerents realized 87 residential units and 5 commercial spaces on the 't Parkske Estate on the Bergensesteenweg in Halle. In addition, another 3 building blocks followed, totalling 75 apartments all built around a central courtyard, and connected via underground parking.

In April 2018 the last project phase of this domain was officially inaugurated. This phase consisted of the construction of an apartment building with 25 flats for Woonpunt Zennevallei under the Flemish Social Housing Organization ( Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Sociaal Wonen).

A simple but vigorous concept was put for the apartments, each equipped with an individual installation, in particular a condensing gas wall boiler for heating and domestic hot water production in combination with a ventilation system type C +.

To ensure energy optimization it was decided to feed the radiators on a low temperature regime and implement a demand driven control for the ventilation system.
Rainwater recuperation was provided for a number of common areas for maintenance on the ground floor.
