Residence 'Avenir’ consists of two 4-storey buildings which are connected underground with each other through a common basement 2 levels including parking for 32 apartments.

Heating is provided by 2 high-quality heat pumps that extract energy from the geothermal storage underneath the building. The heat pumps supply the underfloor heating of the apartments. Solar collectors on the roof utilize solar energy during the summer months.

Ventilation occurs using a double flux ventilation system with energy recovery using high efficiency plate heat exchangers
