Renovation and refurbishing of the existing CD & V party headquarters into a contemporary,  and stimulating work and meeting environment.
Retrofitting the building with modern and advanced energy efficient technologies:
- Automatic control with evening temperature reduction
- Integration of controlled mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and adiabatic cooling with low energy consumption
- Relighting, motion detection  circuits in  high circulation areas
-Access control, camera supervision, fire and intrusion
- Multimedia and music distribution
- Rainwater utilization
The techniques have been integrated into a sleek functional interior.
