Sustainable Features
Boydens Engineering provides MEPF design services for the new office of Navigos Group, located on 19th and 20th floors of Etown Central Building in District 4, HCMC, VN. The building is surrounded by 4 different streets – Doan Van Bo street (in the front), Le Quoc Hung Street, Hoang Dieu Street and Ben Van Don Street alongside Ben Nghe canal.
As E-Town Central Building is designed in accordance with QCVN 09:2013 – standard for green buildings of Viet Nam, the MEPF fitout work of Navigos Group Office will also be compliant with the energy efficiency standard set throughout the design.
