The teams goal for the
Solarwind builing  project is to meet the challenges of the 21st century, whereby a space is created where work and welfare may harmonious coexistence.

The building is BREEAM, HQE, DGNB and passive certified and for a part of the building, the principles of cradle2cradle are followed.

The open class="hps">interior
, the spacious and cozy meeting rooms, as well as the exchange areas promote interpersonal communication.

Five types of renewable energy sources are utilized (KWO, biomass, photovoltaic, solar, thermal and wind energy), which make it possible to label this building as the first administrative zero emissions building in the Grand Duchy

The buildings main function is complimented by services aimed at improving the welfare and comfort of the tenants:
* Fitness room
* Healthy restaurant and trade
* Driving range and golf green
* Pétanque field
* Concierge service

In order to keep future operational costs to a minimum it was important to make the correct financial investments to achieve this.  These financial investments will help control the costs and consumption of  energy, water, maintenance and repair, cleaning, and the lifecycle of the equipment.
