SBB-office, Roeselare, BE Studiebureau Boydens

description

The renovated SBB office in Roeselare has been put into use again. During the renovation, the office areas, washrooms and basement were primarily reworked.

The technical rooms in the existing cellar have been converted, in function of the new technical installations. In the boiler room, the existing boilers have been removed and connected to the heating network of Roeselare (Mirom).

The fan coils are utilized as end elements for both in the heating and cooling of the offices.

For ventilation, a system type D with heat recovery is provided via wheel. Via these air groups can top cooling be used during the low season and summer periods to create an acceptable indoor climate for staff and clients.

Rainwater is  harvested and reused for the toilets and all light fixtures utilize LED lighting and PV solar panels to limit the consumption of energy.
Furthermore, in the rooms all techniques such as electricity, data network and fire detection are integrated to meet the current standards.
