European Commission moving in The One

Recently was announced that a usufruct agreement for 18 years was reached between The One Office SA and the OIB, the European Commission's "Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels". 'The One’ consist of 2 adjacent towers with a total area of approximately 45,000 m². One tower houses residential units and commercial spaces. The other tower was designed for offices and will now become the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics of the European Commission. The office tower meets the criteria as a passive construction set according to PHP ‘passive housing platform’ and fits perfectly into the GREEN DEAL, the cornerstone of the European plan for sustainable recovery.
