New office complex for Duco in Veurne

After opening up a new logistics center and new fully automatic powder coating shop, Vero Duco is now also expanding with a new office complex. The solar panel park was doubled and makes the 101.000 m² site energy neutral in terms of electricity needs. For the new office building equipped with a fitness room, ergonomic office spaces and meeting rooms, geothermal energy with concrete core activation for heating and cooling will be used. Together with a smart system of demand-driven natural ventilation and intensive night ventilation, this ensures a pleasant and healthy working environment.
