Project description:

‘deSingel’ campus dates back to the 1980’s and has been refurbished several times over the last couple of years. These were necessary to keep this iconic building accessible, exploitable and compliant with current legislation.

The recent project was divided into two phases. First, the focus was on the renovation of a few floors of the library tower (04, 05 and 06) and then on the low-rise of the campus itself.

During the first phase, the HVAC, sanitary and electrical installation on the 4th floor in the office area was renewed. For the remaining floors, only the electrical installation in the library and archives/technical rooms was renewed.
