Luxury 5 star hotel of the Intercontinental Hotel chain (US) with 314 rooms . Approximately 1.500 m² congress and banquet facilities, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant and bar.

 

The hotel utilizes primarily air handling units in the public areas, and ventillation convectors in the guest rooms supplemented with preconditioned fresh air.

 

The lighting concept enhances the modern architecture and interior of the building, highlighting the six story atrium.
The meeting and conference rooms are equipped with the latest in multimedia.

 

There are 4 panoramic hotel guest lifts in the atrium, together 2 service elevators and two loading dock stations for heavy shipments.

The kitchen is approximately 400 m², with various work spaces such as prep room, warm line, cold line, room service kitchen, breakfast kitchen, dish washing zone etc.

 

The whole concept of the building was conceived in accordance with the HACCP regulations, taking into account all national and international food safety regulations. Studiebureau R. Boydens provided the mandatory design and quality control supervision of the technical equipment.
