In order to respond to the ambition for market expansion, Sao Thai Duong decided to set up a new production site for high-tech pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, probiotics, and essential oils, functional foods and alcoholic beverages with an average of 100,000,000 items produced per year. The 5-storey factory is developed on a 45,555 sqm land with a total GFA of 112,381 sqm including offices, manufacturing area, technical workshop, warehouses, high-tech laboratories, showrooms, and additional facilities. The project has the ambition to be sustainable and efficient, with a detailed analysis of investment costs, payback period and brand value.


After the successful collaboration for Sao Thai Duong Headquarter project, Boydens Engineering is again on board to provide the MEPF design services. The project is aiming towards sustainable development and achieving Green Certifications with solar panels covering the roof, collection of reusable water (rainwater, water from the operation of AHU/VHU), wastewater treatment and ice storage.


With a deep understanding of the vision and business strategy from the client, Boydens implements its mission in collaboration with Green Consultants to optimize building envelope, to provide realistic sizing of system power capacity, equipment, quality, and environment criteria, and to optimize technical requirements for investment’s cost-saving.
