Project description:

ADMB, (an external payroll and social security management organization), purchased property in 2016 with the objective to move into their new location within a very short term. Boydens Engineering was instrumental in providing final designs and specification documents for tendering in this time restraint. This design was realized in a period of three months and by May 2017, ADMB was able to move their organization to their new offices. The apartment buildings ground floor is equipped with cooling that is aided by a chiller and fan coil units. Heating occurs via an existing boiler that was recovered and connected to wall and skirting mounted convectors. The complete electrical installation was renewed and the office was equipped with new lighting, fire detection, emergency lighting, data, and sockets.

Thanks to the close collaboration and cooperation of all parties (client, architect office, and various installers) was it possible to realize the smooth completion of this project from design to finish within the short time frame.
