Project description:

At the corner of Sint-Paulusstraat and Dries in Antwerp, a residential project with underground parking and five floors with a total of 12 apartments was built. Individual condensing gas wall boilers provide heating and sanitary hot water. Each apartment is individually ventilated using a ventilation system type D with heat recovery, while the underground car park is ventilated mechanically. In addition, rainwater is reused to flush the toilets and for the inner garden. PV panels have been installed on the roofs, resulting in 8 of the 12 flats achieving the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) label.
