Project description:

In this new district in Willebroek, the social housing company has set up a large-scale project that will eventually create a total of 300 social housing units. On this plot, 5 residential blocks with a total of 98 apartments were built.

These rental units are heated by means of individual condensing gas boilers which also produce domestic hot water. Radiators provide heat at a low temperature and the apartments are ventilated using a type C+ demand-controlled ventilation system. The recovered rainwater is used for watering the garden and for the maintenance taps.

The 2 underground parking garages are mechanically ventilated and are at the service of the residents.

A smoke and heat extraction system was provided for both, as well as a dry sprinkler system.
