Developer Re-Vive deliberately chooses to provide housing with environmentally friendly energy solutions. In the housing complex ‘t Fineer, located in Sint-Niklaas, 40 new apartments and 17 residential units are constructed utilizing sustainable engineering techniques such as heat pumps, condensation boilers and green roofs.  This sets the tone and raises the bar for environmentally friendly sustainable living.

Houses that have solar panels installed will be an NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). Building according to NZEB principles will be the standard for new structures in Flanders and throughout Europe, from 2021 on. What is special about NZEB buildings is they consume little energy for heating, ventilation, cooling and hot water production. The energy that is further required is derived from green energy sources. Living at ‘t Fineer is a smart investment for the present and the future, without compromising comfort levels for the residence.   A sustainable building experience, leads to a reduction of energy costs of up to 85% and since there is less spending on energy, more can be spent on enjoying the fun things in life.
