Project description:

The Solidum Group is active throughout Belgium and develops residential real estate with a focus on apartments and subdivisions.

‘Terra Nova’ consists of an apartment complex with 42 apartments and an underground parking garage.

Each apartment is equipped with a condensing boiler with radiators and an individual ventilation system D with heat recovery.

Through the application of PV panels, the energy bill for electricity is reduced and a lower E-level.

Video telephony has been applied and the apartments were equipped to be connected to the fiber optic network of the telecom operators.
