Sustainable Features
The total concept consists of 4 stages. The first stage comprises the construction of stands D and CD, with underneath the food and drink facilities, divided over two levels. The front area of the building is designed to hold commercial spaces. The ground floor contains all technical rooms, easily accessible for maintenance.
The stands can seat 3000 people and the same amount of m² satisfies the strict requirements regarding light and noise levels and evacuation.
The commercial spaces haven’t been equipped yet, since they will be sold casco.
Heat is distributed by radiators in the sanitary spaces and the food and drink facilities, and by radiant panels in the supporters’ spaces. The lighting system uses LED sources. The fan shop and the reception area are equipped with the necessary ventilation and cooling. The sanitary spaces are equipped with the necessary extraction.
The short timing and strict planning made the first stage a challenge for everyone involved, but the set inauguration date was respected with satisfying results.
