Our office in HA NOI/ HO CHI MINH is hiring an ARC REVIT MODELER
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to produce architectural modeling based on the ARC brief and concept
- Design and draft architectural details, coordinate with structural and MEP engineers – If necessary,
- Manage Room, Space, and drawing sets in a model,
- Design and Draft architectural Model/plans for MEP space calculation
- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support,
- Coordinate and manage Revit models,
- Produce ARC documentation based on the developed model
- Revised Drawings to Model Update implementation,
- Create Revit families and CAD blocks in Revit,
- Kwnoladge of LOD levels is a plus (LOD 200 and LOD 300)
- Other duties will be assigned by line manager
- Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineer, Construction, Draftsman.
- 0-3 year of experience in a related field
- Good Ability to read/interpret ARC concepts drawings
- Good Revit skills are required
- Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC will be an advantage
- Able to communicate (read and write) in English
- Great teamwork skills.
