Project description:
The technical installations of the Cosmos building on the Pegasus site in Diegem have been completely renovated. The site wanted to welcome more start-up companies and opened up the upper levels at an affordable pricing yet in an attractive location to them.
New air handling units with heat recovery were installed, the existing boilers were replaced by condensing gas boilers and the chiller was renewed to achieve the highest possible performance.
On the ground floor, a new kitchen and restaurant were implemented to serve as a lunch location for the entire site. There is also a service center with meeting rooms and a reception on the ground floor.
