Transformation of an empty building into an exclusive retail space in the center of Brussels.
Heating and cooling provided by a VRF system with readjustment units in the air ducts.
Central ventilation (10,000m³ / h) with an air group with heat recovery (cross flow exchanger), free cooling connected to concealed line grilles.
An air curtain was placed at the entrance door, which is also connected to the VRF system.
The store is equipped with systems for fire detection, access control, intrusion detection, theft protection, camera surveillance, wireless network and customer counting.
The store is also equipped with various multimedia systems such as a sound system and interactive touch screens.
