Sustainable Features

The building has six identical classrooms per floor, in which 3 classrooms will be clustered around a multipurpose space. Each class is provided with a number of sliding doors, in order to make it possible for the clusters to open up into one large space if required.
The heater is connected to the existing central heating systems already fitted with condensation boilers.
The classrooms are heated with built-in convectors fitted with thermostatic valves.
The ventilation of the building occurs by means a central balance system with heat recovery (cross-flow heat which installed on the roof of the building. It heat exchanger is equipped with a by-pass which allows free-cooling.
